For nearly 20 years, our prevention projects have focused on reducing health disparities and improving health outcomes among racial and ethnic youth and young adults in the city of Paterson, New Jersey. To date, we have successfully implemented model prevention protocols that have reached more than 30,000 Paterson youth and young adults.
